Three modes. Norms: Jamar readings scored against Massy-Westropp 2011 population norms (kg mean±SD by sex/age/hand) with z/percentile/% of norm, sarcopenia weakness cutoffs (EWGSOP2 <27/<16 kg, AWGS <28/<18, Fried/McGrath 26/16) and the >10% inter-hand asymmetry flag. RFD: paste a force-time curve (time,force per line; ms or s auto-detected; N/kgf/lbf) — onset = baseline + max(2.5% peak, 2×noise SD), time-window RFD 0–50…0–250 ms plus 50–100/50–150/100–200 ms, force at fixed times (numerically equal to RFD from onset), peak RFD on a smoothed curve, impulse 0–100/0–200 ms and time to peak force (Maffiuletti 2016). Trials: repeated MVCs give the fatigue index FI% = (best − last)/best × 100. Protocol reminders follow ASHT/Jamar guidance: seated, shoulder adducted, elbow 90°, handle position 2.
