按标签分割音频
基于 Audacity 标签文件分割音频
标签文件格式
- 每行三列：开始时间(秒) 结束时间(秒) 标题(可选)
- 分隔符：制表符或空格
- 标题中的空格会自动替换为下划线
示例：
