Audio SNR Estimator

Select non-overlapping program and noise-only intervals entirely within the recording. Different interval lengths are compared by mean power, not total energy. The report distinguishes total/noise, 10log10(Pprogram/Pnoise), from corrected SNR, 10log10((Pprogram−Pnoise)/Pnoise), which assumes stationary additive noise uncorrelated with the signal. Raw and per-region DC-removed powers are reported; the checkbox chooses the displayed basis. Zero noise or nonpositive corrected power gives no finite SNR. Near-full-scale samples and noise-reference changes above 6 dB across 100 ms blocks trigger warnings, not a certification. No speech detection, denoising, downmixing, normalization or resampling.
