Audio Noise Floor Timeline

Upload up to 100 MiB / 180 seconds of mono or stereo audio at 8–96 kHz. Each time bucket reports a linearly interpolated low percentile of nonzero short-window RMS amplitudes, then converts it to dBFS (RMS 1 = 0 dBFS). Digital-zero windows are counted separately; all-silent buckets have null proxy values, not an invented floor. Partial windows at bucket/file ends are retained. Changes compare adjacent eligible buckets only. Sparse windows and a 10th–90th percentile spread above 12 dB are flagged. This is an engineering heuristic, not noise isolation, VAD, a standardized noise measurement, or an audio-quality score. Speech, music, gain and nonstationary sounds can affect it.
