Sidechain Pump Generator

Classic sidechain pumping without routing a kick into a compressor: a gain envelope is synthesized directly onto the audio. Every trigger point (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, or the classic house 1/8 offbeat) starts a duck whose depth (up to −24 dB), attack (raised-cosine ramp), hold, and recovery are tempo-synced — recovery happens in the dB domain with an exponential (compressor-like), sine (LFO-style), or linear curve, and the recovery window can end early so the gain has only partly returned when the next dip lands, the signature of intense EDM pumping. The envelope is applied sample-accurately to both channels and exported in the chosen format. Typical starting points: −9 dB, 2 ms attack, 10 ms hold, 65% recovery for house offbeats; −12 dB with 100% exponential recovery for sustained pads.
