About this file format

.ods (OpenDocument Spreadsheet) is an open, XML-based standard for spreadsheets, maintained by OASIS and standardized as ISO/IEC 26300. It is the native format of LibreOffice Calc and Apache OpenOffice Calc, and can be opened by Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. .fods (Flat ODS) stores the same content as a single uncompressed XML file, which is convenient for text-based inspection and version control.
