Start from the platform list, not the photo
The fastest way to waste an afternoon is to open a photo editor and start exporting guesses. A social kit holds together only when the placement list is fixed first: Instagram feed, story, and reel cover, TikTok, LinkedIn single image, X timeline photo, YouTube thumbnail. Each placement has a documented pixel size, and the maintained cheatsheet is the single source of truth for the whole run. Crop once per placement, then check the safe zones

A collage combines several photos into a single image with borders and decorative spacing, while edge-to-edge stitching joins photos when the layout must stay flat and predictable. Pick one structure per post; stacking a collage inside a split grid almost always reads as noise on a phone screen.
Styled variants are optional; verified exports are not
Polaroid frames, meme captions, glow, and vignette treatments earn attention on some channels and break credibility on others, so decide against the account voice rather than by taste alone. Produce them deliberately, name them clearly, and always deliver them next to the straight crops instead of in place of them. Then verify the kit against the placement list: every file opens at its documented size, every tile keeps its order, and every story export survives its safe-zone preview.
