## Overview

Make a rehearsal- or performance-ready key change locally. Set a source and target key for the nearest practical interval, or enter an exact semitone adjustment and octave offset. When this FFmpeg build provides Rubber Band, the tool uses its pitch ratio with formant preservation for more natural vocals; otherwise it falls back to the duration-compensated asetrate, resample, and atempo chain. It is a full-mix transposer, not vocal isolation, so extreme shifts can create artifacts in any instrument.

## How it works

- Upload an audio file in a supported audio format.
- Choose Key to key and select the source and target keys, or choose Semitone adjustment.
- Set the semitone value from -12 to 12 and an octave offset from -1 to 1 when using precise adjustment.
- Optionally preserve vocal formants, then select MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, or OGG Vorbis for the output.

### Does it isolate vocals from the instrumental?
